Do my guests need an account?
No. Each guest receives a private link that opens their invitation directly. They reply with yes, no or maybe in a few seconds — no password, no download.
How much does it cost?
One Event Pass per event, priced by how many unique guests you invite: 20 guests, 50, 100, 200 or unlimited. The pass covers save-the-dates, your invitation, reminders, updates to guests, thank-you notes. Every design is included.
Is RoseVP really bilingual?
Yes. The whole site, every invitation, every email and every reminder exists in English and French. You choose the language an invitation is sent in, per guest, and guests can switch language on the invitation itself.
Can guests bring a plus-one or choose a meal?
Yes. You decide how many seats each guest may reply for, and you can offer a list of meal choices. Replies, totals and meal counts appear in your dashboard and download as a spreadsheet.
Invitations and etiquette
Can I change the invitation after sending?
Yes. Edits to details like the venue or time appear on the invitation immediately, and you can message everyone to tell them what changed.
Are digital wedding invitations acceptable?
Yes — they're now common for weddings of every style. Guests open their invitation and reply directly, without an account or an app.
When should I send wedding invitations?
Six to eight weeks before the wedding is typical, with the reply deadline three to four weeks before. For destination weddings, send save-the-dates earlier.
What if an invitation lands in spam?
Invitations come from your names via RoseVP, and replies go to your own email. Tell guests to look for your names; if one doesn't arrive, copy their private link and send it yourself — it's free.
Guests and replies
Will guests get reminders?
Yes. If you leave automatic reminders on, guests who haven't replied get a gentle email 7 days and 2 days before your reply deadline, in their own language. You can also remind them yourself anytime.
Pricing
What if I add more guests later?
Unused seats stay inside your event, so adding people later simply uses the cap you already paid for. If you go past it, you pay only the difference to the next pass — never the whole list again.
Do I pay again to resend or fix a typo?
Never. Resends, corrected email addresses and reminders are always free once you hold the pass for that event.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. No coins, credits or packs — the Event Pass price you see is the price for your event, text messages included. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I send to English and French guests from the same list?
Yes. Set a language on each guest and RoseVP sends each person the version they read, from one guest list and one dashboard.
Which languages are coming next?
English and French are complete today. The site is built so other languages can be added without rebuilding the invitations.
Privacy
What happens to my guest list?
Your guest list belongs to you. It is never sold, never shared and never used to market to your guests.
